Produce a scatter plot, line plot, boxplot, or histogram. Choose grouping, color, and faceting variables. Filter by a variable value such as lab test.
Choose lab and exposure datasets, or any two datasets with a common variable to merge on and date variables corresponding to the beginning of study and date of interest. The app will calculate the study day from these two variables. For example, can use lb and ex, or lb and rand, lb and dm, etc. Save the merged dataset for later use, then use it to plot
Choose a folder with the FACS gating set you are interested in; then plot data on multiple graphs. You can create a gating hierarchy and use it to subset your data.
Choose the data source for interactive tools. The default data source is files on the server. Your selection here does not affect access to study dashboards.
